three people thinking about joining bookkeepers' mastermind

For bookkeepers building a solo practice who are drowning in content, lost in the crowd, and ready to stop watching videos and start doing the actual work.

Bookkeepers’ Mastermind is a small, private group for solopreneur bookkeepers who want to puzzle through real client work, build their confidence, and grow their practice — without more content to consume.

This is not another program. There are no videos. No checklists. No homework.

What you get instead is a small, confidential group of peers who show up, do the work together, and hold each other accountable. Real client scenarios. Honest conversations. A hot seat when you need it.

Bookkeeper’s Mastermind is right for you if:

  • You have a bookkeeping business with at least one paying client.
  • You want a safe community to ask questions (and get realistic answers) which will build your confidence and skills so you can take on more challenging clients.
  • You want to talk about (and learn about) good accounting practices.
  • You want a private, no-drama space to think through the hard stuff with people who actually understand what you do.
  • You want to put clients ahead of technology so you can provide a better client experience.
  • You know your destination but need support and accountability to get there.
  • You’re ready to make that vision in your head a reality.
  • You march to your own music and following the crowd is not your thing.

Haven't you taken enough classes? It's time to DO.

It is not. Selling is not permitted. However, referrals and collaborations are encouraged. The purpose of this mastermind group is to reach your business goals.

Everything discussed in the group should be considered confidential. When asking questions about client work, please change details to protect client privacy.

The members of the mastermind group are counting on your consistent attendance and participation. You should be able to attend and participate in at least 95% of the meetings.

While QuickBooks is one of the primary tools used by the accounting profession, it isn't the primary focus of the group. This group is about creating solid bookkeeping workflows and THEN deciding what software is best for your clients. We will talk about QuickBooks, Xero, etc., but they are not the primary focus of the group.
